Our second guest on the 12th September edition of YALI iReport is from Southern Africa.

On the show, we will be hosting the hardworking and extraordinary Chairperson of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni
Association in Eswatini (US Exchange Programs Alumni
Association of Eswatini), COLISILE HLONIPHILE TFWALA.

Her passion for leadership and eagerness to learn new ways to complement her skills as a leader, got her selected as Mandela Washington Fellow in 2016.

She is currently the Co-Chair – Board of Trustees (Waterford KaMhlaba
Scholarship). She is also the Founder and CEO of the Colisile Hloniphile Tfwala Foundation, her own nonprofit, nongovernmental organization in Eswatini.

She is part of the Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF) as the Projects Officer in Eswatini, responsible for the overseeing, managing and coordinating of all projects under the organization.

She has been an Economic Development Practitioner for more than 10 years.
She is a career Consultant, Mentor with qualifications in MCom in Business Sciences, BCom Honours in Entrepreneurship, and Bachelor of Business Administration.

Our second guest will be sharing on her impact Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders alumna, and achievements of their local association with her as their leader.
